Send a Correction to the Catalogue
Catalogue checked:
One address reaches both of us: hello@best-online-casino-za.com. No forms, no ticket system — a plain email, opened by the people whose names are on the pages. Anything that changes a printed line goes into the amendment log; everything else still gets read.
What makes a correction actionable?
Three things: the page address, the exact line you believe is wrong, and where the operator's own site says otherwise. That third element is what turns an opinion into an amendment — a claim we can set beside a first-party source gets checked, and if it holds, the label changes with a fresh date.
Operators are welcome at the same address and get the same treatment. If an entry misstates a licence reference, a bonus term or a cashier fact, name the line and point at your own published page; it will be re-checked and re-marked if the facts have moved. What will not happen is an accurate line being removed because it is unflattering, or a mark being adjusted for any reason that is not a change in the underlying facts.
For everything else, plain language works. Suggestions for the help shelf, a question the FAQ pages missed, or a straightforward disagreement with a mark — all welcome, and arguments about the weights are the most interesting mail arriving here.
What can this desk not help with?
This is a catalogue, not a regulator or an ombudsman. We cannot recover funds, mediate a dispute, or compel any operator to act — the operator's own support and its licensing authority are the channels with actual power over a balance. What an account of a bad payout does do is feed the public-record picture the till marks are built on, so it is not wasted mail.
If gambling itself has become the problem, skip the email entirely — the SARGF counselling line at 0800 006 008 is free, confidential and answered 24/7, and the responsible play page lists what else exists.
